After their initial success as a rising rookie group, A-Pink has finally released their first full-length album today. Though they have kept their 'fresh and cute' concept, their music style seems to have changed a bit. This album has a more funky, disco/techno-pop vibe, and if you thought they had aeygo before, it seems like they added more of this in their new album. Think a mix of Girl's Day "Oh! My God" and T-ara's "Lovey Dovey" with Eunji singing all the high notes instead, especially in "I Got You." My favorite song would have to be "Up the Sky (featuring Joker)" and "Hush," their title track, which are both fun and catchy.
My rating for this album would be a B-, since they do have some energetic and feel good songs, but it doesn't feel like there's anything particularly new. Still, their fans will probably like how they kept their trademark cuteness while trying out a new music style.

As catchy as it is, the song "Hush" subdued the vocal talent of its members. First of all, you take out one of the stronger vocals, Bomi, from most of the parts, then you make her and Eunji sing parts that do not make use of their vocal talent. Bomi's voice sounds negligible in the song, and Eunji's wide yet more mature vocal range is set to sing the abnormally high and girly parts. Seriously, I almost didn't recognize who it was- it sounds that high and contrived. The member that shined the most for me was Namjoo, who sang most of the parts without having her range stretched too thin.

Their outfits are quite adorable, the bright solid colors make a strong summer statement and adds a spontaneous, fun vibe. I also like how their stylists always bring a bit of throwback retro fashion into their outfits.
